BEFORE RECEIVING TREATMENT

Before receiving treatment, a required consultation is needed to assess your overall health as well as determine if Juvederm Ultra Lips are best suited for treatment areas. After a determination is made, your medical provider at Hehr Aesthetics will assess the treatment area and recommend their professional and medical opinion for optimal results. The patient will have an opportunity to ask questions, receive quote, and determine next steps.

THE JUVEDERM ULTRA LIP TREATMENT

Juvaderm Ultra Lip is a non-invasive treatment with minimal (if any) pain. A topical anesthetic will be applied to the areas to be injected. You may experience some redness, swelling, and bruising after your treatment. Patients normally report bruising lasting up to two weeks after their injections. One week before your Juvéderm Ultra Lips session, stop taking multi-vitamins, Vitamin E, fish oil, Ibuprofen, and drinking red wine. Before stopping any medication, be sure to check with your doctor.

POST-TREATMENT INFORMATION

Final results may take up to two weeks, however, patients can expect an instant difference! Due to potential expected limited swelling around the treatment sites, our medical provider will want to review your results 2-4 weeks post-treatment. Ice as needed.
